I hold a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management from the Wolfson School of Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Loughborough. These academic foundations have helped me develop the level of expertise in machinery and equipment appraisal that I have always aspired to achieve.
My commitment to continuous professional development has enabled me to become an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers in the Machinery and Technical Specialties (MTS) discipline. I am also a Fellow Member of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM) in Machinery and Equipment Valuations.
Throughout my professional career, I have provided appraisal services to a diverse range of clients covering a wide spectrum of industrial assets, including steel plants, concrete processing plants, FMCG industries, power generation facilities, chemical and petrochemical plants, processing industries, marine assets, and heavy equipment.
One of the reasons behind my decision to establish ValuMaven is my belief that there is a critical need for an appraisal firm that prioritizes uncompromising independence and accuracy over transaction speed. After many years in the industry, I observed numerous instances where lender pressure or broker conflicts of interest compromised the objectivity of valuations.
Furthermore, I wanted to build a company culture that enables us to undertake complex, highvalue assignments requiring specialized expertise, rather than focusing solely on high-volume work. At ValuMaven, we are committed to fostering public trust in the appraisal profession by delivering transparent, ethical, and high-quality reports that stand up to the highest levels of scrutiny.
